The Pinpoint Resource Group was founded in 2004 by Felix Lin and Alan Ma, and is headquartered in El Segundo, CA. Pinpoint’s core focus is to provide critical technology staffing solutions to businesses that range from small startups to Fortune 500 companies and span a multitude of industries, including financial services, consumer products, entertainment, and aerospace.

Together with more than 24 years of technology and staffing experience at both small and national-level firms, Felix and Alan recognized the opportunity to create a firm that could offer an unparalleled level of customer service and precision.
